24th ASEAN Senior Law Officials Meeting (ASLOM)
The Philippines will chair the 24th ASLOM in Manila, Philippines, on 11-13 November 2025.
The 24th ASLOM, held back-to-back with the ASEAN Law Ministers Meeting (ALAWMM), will be at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Taguig City. The 24th ASLOM coincides with the 40th year of ASLOM which was established in 1986 in Bali, Indonesia.
In 2022, the Philippines hosted the 21st ASLOM from 10-14 October 2022.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Department of Justice, it is with great pride and heartfelt warmth that we welcome the Heads of Delegation, distinguished delegates from ASEAN Member States, and the representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat to the 24th ASEAN Senior Law Officials Meeting (ASLOM) here in Manila,
Philippines.
The Philippines is deeply honored to host this year’s ASLOM, which offers an important platform for reinforcing ASEAN unity, advancing legal cooperation, and deepening our collective commitment to justice, good governance, and the rule of law. These meetings represent not just policy dialogue, but also the enduring spirit of ASEAN collaboration that binds us together as a community of nations.
As our delegates gather in Manila, the capital of the Philippines and a historic center of governance, culture, and commerce, we are equally delighted to share with you the genuine warmth and hospitality for which Filipinos are renowned around the world. You may also notice that the spirit of the holidays is already in the air — indeed, in the Philippines, Christmas begins as early as September.
